Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can: only what we need to answer your enquiry and arrange classes. This page explains what that is and what happens to it.

Who we are
My Subject Hub is operated by Milestone Education System, Islamabad, Pakistan. We are responsible for the information you send us. You can reach us at info@mysubjecthub.com.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we receive:
- the student's or parent's name and a contact number;
- the student's grade or level, and the subject or service;
- the preferred tutor gender, if any;
- your country, time zone and preferred class times;
- how you want us to contact you, and an email address only if you choose email;
- the curriculum and learning goals, only if you choose to tell us.
What we do not collect
There are no accounts, no online payments and no advertising trackers on this website. Visits are counted anonymously, without cookies (see below). We do not ask for dates of birth, school names, addresses, photos or identity documents.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you, suggest a suitable tutor, arrange the free class and, if you continue, agree a schedule and fees. We do not use it for marketing, and we never sell it or share it with other companies for their own use.
Services that handle your information
A few services handle information for us, only to make the website and classes work:
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web server, it keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses.
- Resend delivers the enquiry form to our email inbox.
- Umami counts visits and clicks anonymously (for example, how many people open WhatsApp from a page), without cookies and without identifying you. It never receives what you type into the form.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may check that the form is sent by a person and not by a spam program.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries your messages if you contact us there, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Microsoft Teams or Zoom are used for online classes.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a student, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep your contact details and class arrangements while lessons continue, and delete them within 12 months after they end.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email info@mysubjecthub.com or message us on WhatsApp, and we will reply within 24 hours and act on your request promptly.
Students under 18
Most of our students are children. If the student is under 18, we ask a parent or guardian to fill in the form and to be our main contact.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
