How it works

We match each student with a tutor ourselves. Here is what happens after you get in touch.

  1. Tell us what you need to learn

The subject, level or course, and when you would like lessons. A short WhatsApp message or the enquiry form is enough.

  2. We match a suitable tutor

We review your requirements, reply within 24 hours and suggest a tutor for your subject and level, depending on availability.

  3. Meet the tutor or plan your learning

Arrange an introductory session or discuss the learning plan first. The first class in every subject is free.

  4. Begin lessons

Lessons start once the schedule and terms are confirmed.

Why learn one-to-one online

  • Personalised instruction

Lessons follow the student’s pace and questions, not a class average.

  • Structured learning

Lessons work through a learning plan you agree with your tutor, so you know what comes next.

  • Flexible online sessions

Live classes from home, scheduled around school, university and your time zone.

  • Subject-specific guidance

Tutors are matched to your subject, curriculum and level.

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find your answer? Ask us on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab).

Which grades and subjects do you teach?

Academic subjects from Grade 1 to Grade 16: primary school, Matric, O Level and IGCSE, FSc and A Level, and university. These include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. We also teach programming, object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms, and cybersecurity, and mentor final-year projects. Each subject and level depends on tutor availability, so tell us what you need and we will confirm. See Academic Tuition and Computer Science.

Are male and female tutors available?

Yes. Female tutors are available for every subject on request, and so are male tutors. Tell us your preference when you get in touch, and we confirm that a matching tutor is available before the free class.

How does tutor matching work?

You tell us the subject, level, curriculum and the times that suit you. We review your request, reply within 24 hours and suggest a tutor who teaches that subject at that level and is free at those times, depending on availability. The student meets the tutor in the free first class before you decide on regular lessons.

Can overseas Pakistani families enrol?

Yes. All classes are live and online, so students can join from any country. We agree lesson times in your own time zone, and fees are in US dollars. Tell us your country and time zone when you get in touch.

How are tuition fees calculated?

Fees are per subject, per month, in US dollars, and depend on the level, the subject and the number of classes a week. See Fees above for starting prices. Two, four or five classes a week are available at pro-rata rates. You can pay by Visa card or another method that suits you, and families in Pakistan can pay in PKR at the current rate. Ask on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) for your exact fee.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 15-day refund policy. If the student is not happy with the academy, or there is another valid reason, tell us within 15 days of starting paid lessons and we will refund your fee.

What does the introductory session include?

One free 30-minute class in each subject the student wants to study. It is a one-to-one online class on Microsoft Teams or Zoom with the tutor we suggest, at a time you choose, so the student can meet them and the tutor can see where to start. If you prefer, we can first talk through the learning plan with you instead.

How are lessons scheduled?

You choose. Tell us the days and times that suit the student, in your own time zone, and we match a tutor who is free then. The standard plan is three one-hour classes a week per subject; two, four or five a week are also possible. Lessons take place on Microsoft Teams or Zoom, whichever the student prefers.

What Computer Science courses are available?

Programming Fundamentals in a beginner-friendly language such as Python, C++ and Java, JavaScript and web development, object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms, and cybersecurity fundamentals. Cybersecurity starts with Linux basics, then networking and web application security. It needs no prior experience and is practised only on systems you own or are authorised to test. See Programming Courses.

What type of FYP mentoring do you provide?

We guide and supervise; you build it. A mentor works with you through each stage: choosing the idea and scope, reviewing the design, regular progress check-ins, reviewing your code and report, and preparing for the viva. We never write project code or reports for students (Academic Integrity Policy). The fee depends on the project, so we discuss it on WhatsApp. See FYP Mentoring.
