How lessons work

  1. Start from where the student is

In the free 30-minute first class the tutor checks how well the student reads and writes, and decides where to begin.

  2. Follow the student's own syllabus

For school, board and university students, lessons use their textbook, syllabus and past papers, so tuition supports their course.

  3. Read, write, then use it

Each lesson introduces one point, the student reads and writes it, then uses it in conversation, sentences and short translations.

  4. Questions are welcome

One-to-one means the student can stop the tutor at any point and ask, without waiting for a class to move on.

What you’ll be able to do

  • Read and write Arabic script with correct letter shapes and vowel marks
  • Hold everyday conversations in Modern Standard Arabic and follow short spoken passages
  • Understand and apply core grammar: sentence types, verb forms and agreement
  • Translate and answer comprehension questions the way the syllabus expects
  • Know which topics are secure and which need more practice

These are the aims of the lessons. Progress depends on the student’s starting point and practice, and we never promise grades or results.
